MOUNTAIN WEDDINGS AT SEQUOIA WOODS
Sequoia Woods Country Club offers a beautiful outdoor location for mountain weddings: our golf lawn by the pond and fountain.
Fee for ceremony: $750.
Wedding ceremony fees include:
Bridal party preparation area
Rehearsal time with staff coordinator
Set-up and clean-up

Sequoia Woods CC offers two attractive areas that can be used for receptions:
the outdoor patio/deck/lawns
the indoor Ponderosa Room
Receptions are priced using a venue fee plus a catering cost, per person, as follows:
$65.00 either buffet or plated and served
Children ages 5 through 10 are half-price; children under five are no charge
local sales tax and gratuity are added to per person prices
venue fees as follows:
-outdoor patio, deck & lawns: $2,500.
-indoor Ponderosa room: $500.
We can seat up to 125 persons, indoors our outdoors; larger parties may be possible,
by special arrangement and added cost
The indoor banquet room is on our second floor
Our reception pricing includes the following services and items:
Full meal, either bufffet style or plated and served
Cold hors d'oeuvres
All guest and bridal tables and chairs
Essential auxillary tables: guest book, cake & gifts (additional charges for extra/non-essential tables)
All linens (standard white; upcharge for ivory; contrasting napkins available)
China, silverware, glassware
Name card holders
Beverage and hors d'oeuvres station
Coffee & tea bar after meal
Cake cutting and serving
Champagne for toasting
Set-up and clean-up
Professional service staff and event coordinator
Menu & Services:
Sequoia Woods CC offers you either a plated-and-served menu or a buffet menu. We include cold hors d'oeuvres and have addtional hot and cold hors d’oeuvres selections available if you wish to expand on our offering. Our menu selections are not intended to be complete, so if you have other ideas please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. See our menu offerings on separate sheets in this package.
Both our plated and buffet menus include:
High-quality meat selections
Selected seasonal vegetables & side dishes
Vegetable crudités and assorted cheeses and crackers
Coffee and iced tea
Champagne and sparkling cider for toasting
Vegetarian items on request
Beverage Selections & Services:
Sequoia Woods CC has an excellent wine cellar and will even attempt to accommodate special requests. However, you may elect to provide your own wine or champagne for your event. A corkage fee of $10.00 will be charged for each (750 ml) bottle you bring and have opened at our venue on the day of your event.
Some of our own beverage offerings include:
Banquet table wines for $15.00 per bottle
Premium beer by the 5-gallon keg, approx. $175.00
Regular domestic beer by the 5-gallon keg, approx. $125.00
We can provide a full liquor bar, with professional bartender, upon request
Full liquor bar has a $500.00 minimum sale charge, plus sales tax and gratuity
Mixed drinks are charged at same rate as club lounge.
Sorry, no outside kegs of beer or hard liquor allowed.
There is a 20% service charge added to all food and beverage prices
There is local sales tax added to all prices
